ExifX provides a web-based utility for removing metadata (EXIF, XMP, IPTC) from digital files. The service is provided "as-is." While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will remove every possible type of metadata from every file format.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You have the legal right to edit or modify the files you upload.
• You will not use ExifX to scrub metadata from files for illegal purposes, including tampering with evidence or copyright infringement.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the ExifX infrastructure.

4. No Warranty

ExifX disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or legal consequences resulting from the use of our tool. You acknowledge that stripping metadata is an irreversible process.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExifX or SFWeb be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
